related facilities.No decision received from the Town Board.
The Sawyer County Zoning Comarittee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It's a necessary link for communication in that
azea.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 18, 2011 if application for the
actual permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zocring Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Boazd of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Pursuant to our recent discussion, enclosed please find the following items pertaining to the above
referenced property:
l. One(1)Copy of existing Sawyer County Conditional Use Permit#10-018, dated June 18,
2010;
2. One (1)Copy of existing Sawyer County Land Use Permit dated July l 3, 20l 0;
3. Five(5) Sets of revised Verizon Wireless Construction Drawings with Site Plans, Elevations,
and Verizon Wireless equipment details dated 12/03/10;
4. Verizon Wireless RF Propagation maps;
5. One(1)signed Sawyer County Fire Number Application and Site Survey;
6. A check made payable to Sawyer County in the amount of$]00.00 for the applicable fees
due for issuing a new E-9] 1 Address& Sign for the new tower facility.
Verizarr Wireless is rec}uesti�gio amend its existing Conditiaeni,.Use.Percrrii and Lac�d Use Permit to
,allow it to construct a 260' A.G.L. (26T A.G.L with LightiAg Rod}Sek�Support Tower upon the pmperty
versus the previously approved 230' A.G.L.
Upon further review of its coverage needs for this site, Verizon Wireless RF Engineering Department has
determined that it will need the additional height to ensure that it achieves comprehensive coverage
between its surrounding site locations. As the enclosed propagation maps demonstrate, this increase in
height is specifically needed to eliminate a potential gap in coverage between the proposed site, and its
proposed neighboring Radisson site to the South,that would occur at the approved 230' A.G.L.
Please accept our apologies for this oversight and that this engineering detail was missed prior to the
previous submission, and we appreciate the Zoning Committees time and consideration of this request to
amend the existing Conditional Use Permit. Should you find the enclosed information sufficient, we are
requesting that the matter be placed on the agenda for the January 21,2011 Zoning Committee meeting

($150.00)for the applicable fees due for the extension of the above referenced zoning permit. Up until
this time, Verizon Wireless has not been able to commence with the construction of the approved facility
due to the extended period of time it has taken for Plum Creek Timberlands to complete the
relinquishment process with the Wisconsin DNR/DOR to remove the property from the MFL program as
required prior to construction. Verizon Wireless received notice confirming that the process has been
finalized late last week.
