On Friday, June 18, 2010 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Winter—Wazd Sullivan.The NE 1/4 SE 1/4,512,T 39N,R SW;Pazcel
13.1.Document 365106.40 acres total excepting there from the wetlands as indicated on
the Wetland Inventory Map.Property is zoned agricultural One.Permit is desired for the
construction of two single family dwellings,each on their own surveyed lot,owners not
being engaged in agricultural activities.The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values;it would not be detrimental to ecology,wild life,wetlands or
shorelands; it would not create an air quality, water supply or pollution problem and it
complies with the town comprehensive plan.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on June 18, 2011 if application for the
actual pernut to use is not made by that date.Applications can be obtained at the Zoning
Office.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
