If you are planning to proceed with this construction, please complete and return the enclosed permit applications. It also will be necessary for you to obtain a certified soil test and sanitary permit from a licensed plumber. If the applications not returned by July 17, 2010, it will be necessary to go through the public hearing process again before constructing the home.
