If you are planning to proceed with this construction, please complete and return the enclosed permit applications. It also will be necessary for you to obtain a certified soil test and sanitary permit from a licensed plumber. If the applications not returned by July 17, 2010, it will be necessary to go through the public hearing process again before constructing the home. The Sawyer County Zoning Office can issue citations, including fines, if the construction is completed without the proper permits. If you have decided not to proceed with this project after all, please let us know. If you require additional time to take out these permits, your request for an extension can be placed on the June 18, 2010 Zoning Committee agenda.
