On Friday, December 18, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Couderay—Chazles W. Baker.Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4, S1Q T 38N,R 8W;
Part of Pazcel 4.1.Volume 564 Records page 307. A 100'x 100' compound within 20
acres total. Property is zoned Agricultural One and Industrial O�e. Permit is desired for
the location/operation of a 250' self supported cellular communication tower, by the
lessee, Verizon Wireless. The Town Boazd has approved the appGcation with additional
comments.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the appiication with two conditions;
1) the lessee, Verizon Wireless shall post a $20,000.00 removal bond with the
County. The bond is to be used for removal of the tower should one year lapse
during which the tower is not utilized,2)the tower must be located at least 133 feet
from the property line.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: IYs essential for ongoing improvement of
communication for Sawyer County;It would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on December 18, ZO10 if application for
the actual pemilt to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
