That tower will be a 260' self-support tower. I think I had it in the candidate package as a 250'. A(so, we have annther site just outside the town of Radisson. I've attached the candidate package far fhat as weil, thougi� there may be some info missing. Tried to find the tax/property ID # for it but no iuck. It is located in Sec. 14, T38N, R7iN. I believe the tower will be located on the 5� acre parcel in the SW 1/4, but the county has not given us a specific location. This wili be a 195' self-support or monopole tower with a 4' lightning rad (199' c�veral( height). Verizon will be the initial ceii providers on all 3 of these sites. So, if at13 af the sites could be held at the same time, that wouEd be wonderful. Again, let me know if there is anything that you need and I will get it. The ZA said a Conditional Use Permit application should be submitted with all the available information and the Zoning Committee would "go from there". 1 . Submit an application to the ZA, (they fill out the application in the office) for a conditional use permit accompanied by 10 copies of a scaled drawing, other descriptive information sufficient to enable the Zoning Committee to determine whether the requirements of this ordinance will be satisfied, and such other information as may be specified on the application form. The Administrator will review the application materials for completeness and may request that the applicant provide additional information. When the Administrator determines that the application is complete, the Administrator will forward it to the Committee. 2. The Committee will conduct a hearing on the application after the publishing of a class 2 hearing notice. 3. The Committee may grant a conditional use permit if it determines that the requirements of this ordinance are met and that granting the permit will not unreasonably interfere with the orderly land use and development plans of the County. The Committee may, in writing and with findings of fact supported by documentation and/or testimony: (a) Include conditions in the permit and waive or reduce the burden of this ordinance if, in the Committee's judgment, such actions meet and serve the purpose of this ordinance (SECTION 1 .0 PURPOSE, AUHORIZATION AND INTERPRETATION).
