Dear Mr. Robers,
On June 17, 2011, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied the application for change of
zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 1, being part of Gov't lot 1 and part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/2, 525, T 37N, R 7W; Parcel
:1.14. Doc #366629, #367292 and #367037; CSM Volume 31 page 151. 5.16 acres total.
Change from district Residential/Recreational Two to district Agricultural One. Purpose of
request is to bring the property into compliance with the appropriate zone district. The
property is currently being used for farming. The Town Board has approved the application
with additional comments.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to deny the application.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be compatible with surrounding uses and
the area. It would be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on Thursday,
July 21, 2011, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the
Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole ar in part, within thirty (30)
days of the date following the date of the signing of this letter.

Re: Notice of Public Hearing Date
Dear: Mr. Robers;
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: Friday, June 17, 2011.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appeaz may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hazdship inflicted upon
the owner by confornting to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before t6e Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Betty
Brown; 715/943-2390 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning
Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of
your agent.
