Doc #366629, #367292 and #367037; CSM Volume 31 page 151. 5.16 acres total. Change from district Residential/Recreational Two to district Agricultural One. Purpose of request is to bring the property into compliance with the appropriate zone district. The property is currently being used for farming. The Town Board has approved the application with additional comments. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee motioned to deny the application. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be compatible with surrounding uses and the area. It would be damaging to the rights of others or property values. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2011, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole ar in part, within thirty (30) days of the date following the date of the signing of this letter.
