Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, 523, T 41N, R 9W; Parcel 10.1. Doc#362640. Approximately 1.16 acres. Change from district Residential One to district Commercial One. Purpose of request is for the location/operation of boat and vehicle storage in an existing building, by the purchaser. This City Council, City of Hayward has deferred their comments to the Town of Hayward Board. After tabling the application in January, the Zoning Committee tabled their decision pending clarification of the Town Boards recommendation. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on April 19, 2011 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30 days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.
