Dear Clerk;
On, Friday, March 18, 2011, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied the
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Hayward—Peoples Bank of Wisconsin c/o David Reardon. Part of the NW 1/4
SW 1/4, 523, T 41N, R 9W; Parcel 10.1. Doc#362640. Approximately 1.16 acres.
Change from district Residential One to district Commercial One. Purpose of request is
for the location/operation of boat and vehicle storage in an existing building, by the
purchaser. This City Council, City of Hayward has deferred their comments to the Town
of Hayward Board. After tabling the application in January, the Zoning Committee tabled
their decision pending clarification of the Town Boards recommendation.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. The Sawyer
County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district before
it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on April 19, 2011
at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may
commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

Dear Mr. Reardon;
On, Friday, Februaty 18, 2011 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee Tabled your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Hayward —Peoples Bank of Wisconsin c/o David Reardon. Part of the NW 1/4
SW 1/4, 523, T 41N, R 9W; Pazcel 10.1. Doc#362640. Approximately 1.16 acres.
Change from district Residential One to district Commercial One. Purpose of request is
for the location/operation of boat and vehicle storage in an existing building, by the
purchaser.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee Tabled the application to send it back to the
Town Board for clarification on the recommendation by the Town.
This application will again come before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
Mareh 18, 2011 at 8:30 AM in the Sawyer County Courthouse.
The Sawyer County Boazd of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Boazd meeting on
April 19, 2011 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
The decision is a recommendation to the County Boazd of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Boazd may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

Re: Notice of Public Hearing Date
Dear Mr. Reazdon;
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: Friday,January 21, 2011.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the appGcation may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in caze
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. Tlus
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tercain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confornung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application wiil come before the Town Board and City Council for their
review. Some townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town
