You had indicated there may be an issue with one or more of the conditions of the Town of Spider Lake permit approval conditions, but wished to have a 3`d party conduct the field inspection. Condition 1 indicates exterior walls will remain in place. It appeared that though some pains were taken to re-use some of the existing lumber, most(including studs, sheathing, rim joist, half the double top plate, etc.) were new. It is my opinion that this structure at one point, was completely down and re-built. It certainly could have been moved to a more code compliant area of the property. I will forward pictures as I have them developed. Condition 2 indicates that habitable space will not be created. There is an area of 121 ft� that did not exist previously. I believe this area is being considered for a variance from the county, but that variance has not been heard and at this point will be after-the-fact. Mr. Kozlowski has had contact with the builder, George Brousard, on this site previously regarding issues on the garage.
