applications for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:

constructiori/placement of a substandard size dwelling(approx 12'x 28')on each lot.The
Town Board tias approved the applicarion.Also:
Town of Weirgor—John Knight.Lot 10,being part of Gov't lot 3,S2,T 37N,R 7W;
Pazcel:3.1.Doc#362338,#363027.CSM Volume 13 page 396.2.43 acres total.
Property is mned ResidentiaURecreational Two.Permit is desired for the
constructioo/placement of a substandard size dwelling(approx. 12'x 28').The Town
Boazd has approved the application with additional comments.
The denial of the applications were based on the following findings of fact of the Zoning
Committee: It would be damaging to the rights of others and property vaiues;it would set
a dangerous precedent by having sub standard sized dwellings in a residential
development,and this would not be the end user of the proposed dwellings.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

appeaz may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present,please submit a written statement in

statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
