On Friday, October 15, 2010 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use contingent upon Town Board approval on the
following described real estate to wit:
Town of Hunter—Walter Nied et ux. Part of ffie SW 1/4 NE 1/4, S36, T 40N,R 7W;
Parcel 3.7. Doc# 332851. 1.85 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One.
Pernut is desired for the construction of a 56'x 26'accessory building on vacant property.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved with conditions that: 1) Town
Board must approve. If the Town Board denies, this application is denied by the
Zoning Committee; 2) there must be a deed restriction tying the two parcels
together recorded in the Office oT the Register of Deeds;3)the wall height must not
eaceed 10 feet;4)the structure is not to be used for commercial storage.If the Town
should place other restrictions on this application, the application must then be
returned to the Zoning Committee for their review.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on November 15,2011 if application for
the actual permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of ttus notice.

Dear Mr.and Mrs.Nied;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer CounTy Zoning Committee on Friday,October 15,2010.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
