On Friday, March 19, 2010 the Sawyer Counry Zoning Committee approved the
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Haywazd-Lee Gorud, Lessee: Emily Woliling. Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4,
520,T 41N,R 9W;Parcel 9.1. Volume 566 Records page 417. 35+acres.Property is
zoned Forestry One. Permit is desired for the location/operation of a daycaze service
within an existing dwelling by the lessee. The Town Boazd has not acted on this
application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application contin¢ent uuon the
Town of Havward aooroves the aaalication and approval granted to this applicant
only.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
other or property values;it would not create traffic problems.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on March 19, 2011 if application for the
actual pernrit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the 5awyer County Boud of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Dear Ms Wohling;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday, March 19, 2010.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representz�ive be present at the Hearing. !� lack of
information about the application may result ir. unnecessary dela� of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the app':ication.
If it is impossible for a representative to be nresent, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairrnan of the Zoning Commiitee. "fhis
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the requesY, and a
description of the general te�rain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area is encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
