On January 17, 2013, the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors ratified the approval of a
change of zone district of the following described real estate to wit:
Outlot 1, being part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, T 37N, R 6W (included with
parcel 2201 and being part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 10, T 37N, R 6W) and
all of the SE 1/4 Section 9, T 37N, R 6W Parcels 4101, 4201, 4301 and 4401,
excepting the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Doc# 38074 and
#353128. Approximately 109.40 acres to be rezoned out of the total 155.32 acres.

On, Friday, December 21, 2012 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Meadowbrook - Meadowbrook Cranberry Co. LLC c/o Greg Swope
Outlot 1, being paR ofthe SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, T 37N, R 6W (included with parcel
2201 and being part ofthe NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 10, T 37N, R 6V� and all ofthe
SE 1/4 Section 9, T 37N, R 6W Parcels 4101, 4201, 4301 and 4401, excepting the
wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Doc# 38074 and #353128.
Approximately 109.40 acres to be rezoned out of the total 155.32 acres. Apprwcimately
45 acres is wetlands. Change from district Forestry One (F-1) to district Agricultural One
(A-1). Purpose of request is to conform to the agricultural use. Owner is growing
cranbemes. The Town Boazd has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be compatible with the sunounding
uses in the area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
January 17, 2013 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

Re: Notice of Public Hearing Date
Dear Mr. Swope;
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: December 21, 2012.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Corrvnittee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardstup.
Your application will come before the Town Board Tor their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
Jeannie Pasanen; 715/943-2586 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the
Planning Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the
attendance of your agent.
