On, Friday, November 16, 2012 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Hayward-Marlene Tremblay c/o Chazles Tremblay. Lot 2, CSM Volume 19
page 67, being part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and Outot 1, CSM Volume 28 page 313, being
part ofthe SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and all ofthe SW 1/4 SW 1/4 which includes I,ot 1 CSM
Volume 21 page 156, excepting a small pazcel in the SE corner of said forty(pazcel 3302);
All in Section 21, T 41N, R 9W; Parcels 11.1 and 11.3. Doc# 360834, 360865, 360863
and 376423. Appro�cimately 42 acres to be rezoned excepting a small azea of wetland less
than 1/2 acre in size as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map.
Change from District Residential One to District: Agricultural Two. Purpose of request
is to pasture horses, and possibly future livestock, and to retum to agricultural zoning
which existed prior to the comprehensive rezone change.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be compatible with the surrounding
uses and the area; it would not destroy prime agricultural lands.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
December 20, 2012 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Boazd.

Dear Mrs. Tremblay;
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: Friday, November 16, 2012.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tenain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
propeRy and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confornung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your apptication will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk Bryn
