On September 21, 2012 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Round Lake-Robert Wick et al.Proposed Lot 1 of preliminary survey,being part of
Lots 1&2 CSM#71181ocated in the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4,S2,T 41N,R 7W; Part of Parcels 4.6
and 4.10. Doc#334341,#334342,#351309 and CSM Volume 27 page 261. Proposed Lot 1
contains 0.80 acres.Change from district Commercial One to district ResidentiaURecrearional
One. Purpose of request is to make the zone district compatible with the e�sting and future use of
the residential stmcture.There will be no commercial activiry taking place on the proposed Lot 1.
The remainder of the property(proposed Lot 2)will remain Commcrcial Oue and retain its
commercial use(motel).The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawver Countv ZoninQ Committee aqproved the aaalication continaent uaon
easements bein¢ recorded in the Sawver Countv ReQister of Deeds re2ardin2 the
drivewav and seotic system.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee:It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values and it would not create an objectionable view.
The Sawyer County Boazd of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
October 18, 2012 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Boazd.

Dear Mr. Wick;
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before th� Sawyer County 2on:ng Co.�m�ittee on: Fris�a�, �S�p��r.:a�: 21, 2U12.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confornung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Kathy
McCoy; 715/462-3723 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning
Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of
your agent.
