On Friday,July 20, 2012,the Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied the application
for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4, S3,T 37N,R 9W;Pazcel 13.1. Document#330965. 23.55
acres.Property is zoned Forestry One and ResidentiaURecreational One. Pemrit is desired
for the construction of an accessory building on vacant property, to be used for log
preparation for a proposed cabin.The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied the application as submitted but will
allow a land use permit to be issued for a cabin and accessory building and if
necessary, the Zoning Department will look favorably on an eatension of time to
complete.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: The accessory building built on vacant land
wouid not be in compliance with the zoning ordinance.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Re: Notice of Public Hearing Date
Dear Debora;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Cottunittee on Friday, Juiy 20, 2012.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M, in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surcounding development. Photographs of the
property and suttounding area is encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the pubGc interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Plaaning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Natalie
Clemens; 715/354-7747 to confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning
Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the attendance of
your agent.
