As per The Sawyer County Zoning staff report process it was discovered that the property subject for the
rezone request is already zoned RR-1.Looking back into the existing zone district maps from 1968-present the
zoning of the NSP land has never changed.I did notice that our property listing information page(NOVUS)had
indicated a zoning designation as F-1 but this is found to be in error.At this point no rezoning of the property
is needed as that the Koenig property and NSP land is both zoned RR-1.
I do need either a representative of NSP aka xcel energy(Blake)or Koenig property(Sharon)to respond to this
e-mail and formally withdraw the rezone request.Since the publication for this rezone has already occurred
our office will only be able to offer a 50%reimbursement cost for the initial rezone application.Again,with
this property already being zoned RR-1 NSP can sell land to Koenig through a Certified Survey Map process.
