application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot A, being part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, 515, T 39N, R 9W; Parcel 11.2. Site address:
15697W State Hwy 27/70. Volume & Page of Deed: Doc #393597; CSM Volume 1 Page
56. Property has 2.51 acres. Change from District Residential/Recreational One to
District Commercial One. Purpose of request is for the location/operation of a live bait
and tackle shop including sporting goods, grocery and off sale liquor.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted. �
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values; it is consistent with the surrounding commercial area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
August 20, 2015 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.
