Dear Sheila;
On Friday, September 18, 2015, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Bass Lake - Sawyer County Housing Authority c/o Sheila Young.
Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, S4, T 40N, R 9W; Parcels 2202 & 2215. Doc# 328117 and
#340553; CSM Volume 28 Page 228. Property is 3.38 total acres. Change from District
Commercial One to District Residential One. Purpose of request is for the construction of
duplexes. The Town Board approved the application with additional comments.
The Sawyer Countv Zonin� Committee anproved the annlication subiect to the
following conditions: 1) Maximum of three (3) duplexes and two bedrooms ner unit
with �arages; 2) Duplexes to be comnarable in size to existin� units in develonment;
3) tree line along Hwv 27 to remain; 4) no direct access to Hwy 27, utilize current
existin�entrance to existing dunlexes; 5) maximum of three (3) cars per unit.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes finaL This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
October 15, 2015 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratitied by the County Board.
