Notice is hereby given that on April 15, 2016 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following change of zone district application:
Part of the SWNE and the N1/2 of the SENE; 502, T42N, R08W; Parcel #014-842-02-
1303 and 014-842-02-1401.Change from District Residential/Recreational One and
Forestry One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is for keeping horses.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values; It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area,
It would not destroy prime agricultural lands.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the ratify the approval of the
change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County
Board meeting held on May 19, 2016 at 6:30 PM in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer
County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

Notice is hereby given that on May 19, 2016 the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors
ratified the approval of a change of zone district of the following described real estate
to wit: Agricultural One (A-1).

Part of the SW1/4 NE1/4 and the N1/2 of the SE % NE 1/4; 502, T42N, R08W; Parcel
#014-842-02-1303 and #014-842-02-1401. Change from District

The County Board of Supervisors ratified the approval of the change in zone district no
conditions were placed by the Town Board of Lenroot and approved by the County
Zoning Committee.

8 WHEREAS,the Board has the legal authority to amend zone districts pursuant to Section 9.59
9 (9), Wisconsin Statutes.

12 1971, be and the same are hereby amended as follows:
