Permit is desired for exceeding the impervious surface limitation to 24.52% for the paving of driveway and the construction of a 9 x 12 shed. (The impervious surface currently exceeds the 15% limitation and is calculated at 22.35%). The Town Board has approved the application. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands or shorelands.
