With these Conditions of: If the two(2)parcels are ever separated,the building shall be removed.

Findings of Fact: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may appeal the decision

The conditional use would not be contrary to the public interest and would be in compliance with the
spirit and intent of the Sawyer C:c�unty Zoning Ordinance and the Town of Bass Lake Comprehensive Plan
Section 8.10 because;
The establishment, maintenance�, or operation of the conditional use will not be detrimental to or
endanger the public health, safety, comfort or welfare because;
�7 it would not I��e damaging to the rights of others or property values,
❑ it would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife,wetlands, or shorelands,
� it would not �:reate an air quality,water supply or pollution problem,
❑ it would not �:reate topographical problems, such as run off, drainage, erosion,
flooding or ve�;f�tative cover removal.

The uses,values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted
shall not be, in no foreseeable manner, substantially impaired or diminished by establishment,
maintenance or operation of th�;conditiona�use; and
The estabiishment of the conditic�nal use will not impede the normal and orderly development and
improvement of the surroundin; property for uses permitted in the zone district; and
1"he conditional use will conforni to all applicable regulations of the district in which it is located
because;
❑ it would not destroy prime agricultural land,
❑ it would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area,
❑ it would not r_reate an air quality,water supply or pollution problem,
❑ it would not r.reate an objectionable view.
That adequate measures have been or wili be taken to provide ingress and e�ress so designed as to
minimize traffic congestion in th�� public roads because;
� it would not r_reate traffic or highway access problems.
Conditional Use permits for Grav�el Pits, if approved, must have the condition included:

Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on September 16,2016.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M.in the Sawyer County Courthouse,10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack
of information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision.
Failure to appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for you or a representative to be present,please submit a written
statement directed to lames Bassett,Chairman of the Zoning Committee addressed to
this office.The statement should include your proposed intentions or purpose of the
request and a description of the generel terrein and surrounding development.Indicate
how the proposal would not be contrery m the public interest. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area are encouraged.
Your application will also go before the Town Board for their review.Some townships
also have a Planning Commission.Please contact the Town Clerk,Erica Warshawsky to
obtain the day and time of the Planning Commission and Town Board meetings for your
attendance or the attendance of your agent.
