With these Conditions: Property can be used for business purposes only(Operation of Tree Service)
Monday—Saturday,7:30am—6:00 pm. (No business activity is to take place outside of theses hours). No

Findings of Fact:
It would not create traffic or highway access problems.It would not destroy prime agricultural lands.

Dear Mr. Brueggeman;
After several complaints regarding operation of Knock Do�un�Tree Service at your
property, I am writing to have you apply for a Conditional �IJse Perma�t (CI7P). The
property is zoned Residential/Recreational l, which may ha�ve a busin�ss provided the
CUP is granted.
1) Fill out the enclosed conditional use permit and returri t� our�ffic� �vith the
$250.00 fee for the business aspect of the building �nd land. �'�ease note that
there is nothin� guaranteeing the conditional use application evill be approved.
2) The process of a conditional use permit includes soliciting c�r�n�nts from all
property owners within 300' of the project (note: they do not all have to a�ree for
approval), approval from the Town of Round Lake board, and �p�toval of the
Sawyer Counry Zonina committee. You or a representative sYiauld b� at the
Town and County meeting.
3) Once you receive the conditional use permit it does not need t:c� b� reriewed
annually.
4) Failure to either obtain a CUP or cease business operations at.ih�� prc�perty will
result in a citation.

14.5 Exempt Structures
1) Boathouses
a) Boathouses shall be designed,constructed,and used solely for the storage of boats
and related equipment and shall not include living area including but not limited
to decks,patios,lean-tos,porches,potable water supply,plumbing,sanitation
systems,fireplaces,patio doors,food preparation equipment,furniture,or any
features inconsistent with the use ofthe structure exclusively as a boat house.
b) Only one boathouse is permitted for each buildable parcel that already contains a
primary dwelling.The side lot line setback measured to the eave shall be a
minimum of 10 feet.
c) Boathouses shall not be excavated into an existing slope of more than 20 percent.
An erosion control plan must also be completed as part of this application
d) Boathouses shall not exceed one story.Maximum height from the boathouse floor
to roof peak shall not exceed 12 feet.The floor area shall be greater than 100
square feet and shall not exceed 350 square feet.Boathouses shall have a gable
roof with 4/12 pitch or greater.Eaves shall not exceed 24 inches.Must be placed
on footings or permanent foundation.
e) Boathouses shall be entirely located within the access and viewing conidor,
located above the ordinary high water mark,and shall be constructed in
conformity with all floodplain zoning standards.

the shoreline.

The Town of Round Lake Board of Supervisor voted to approve Conditional Use permit for
Terry P. Brueggeman with the following two (2) conditions:
1.) Property can be used for business purposes only (Operation of Tree Service) Monday—
Saturday 7:30 a.m.—6:00 p.m. (No business activity is to take place outside of these hours).
2.) No commercial burning is allowed on the property at any time:

Re: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DATE
Dear Terry,
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on September 16, 2016.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack
of information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision.
Failure to appear may also result in the denial of the appiication.
If it is impossible for you or a representative to be present, please submit a written
statement directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee addressed to
this office. The statement should include your proposed intentions or purpose of the
request and a description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Indicate
how the proposal would not be contrary to the public interest. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area are encouraged.
Your application will also go before the Town Board for their review. Some townships
also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, Kathy McCoy to
obtain the day and time of the Planning Commission and Town Board meetings for your
attendance or the attendance of your agent.
PLEASE NOTE: If approval is granted, a permit is required. Applications can be
obtained from the Zoning Office.
