Dear Mr. Suzan;
After our telephone conversations and reviewing your application for your proposed
structure today, I have the following guidelines for approval of the application.
1) Since the building w711 be used as a business that is not a�ricultural in nature, a
conditional use permit w•ill need to be completed. Although the general term
forestry may be considered to be part of agriculture, the business will not be
� growing trees, it will be log�ing. Corporation counsel concurred that it does not.

return to our office with the $250.00 fee for the business as�ect of the buildin�.
2) Once I receive the application, I can siyn off on the land use application for �he
building. Please note that there is nothin� guaranteeing the conditional use
application will be approved.
3) Construction can proceed once you receive the land use permit.
4) The process of a conditional use permit includes soliciting comments from aJ1
property owners within 300' of the project (note: they do not all have to agree for
approval), approval from the Town of Radisson board, and approval of the
Sawyer County Zoning committee. You ar a representative should be at the
Town and County meeting.
5) Once you receive the conditional use permit it does not need to be renewed.

Re: Conditional Use Permit-Failure to Comply with Conditions
On September 15, 2016 our office received a complaint about engine (jake) braking
occurring as part of the logging business at the corner of Hwy 70 and Endicott Road
during times were conditions were placed.
As part of the approval for the type of operation to occur in this zone district certain
conditions were placed on the property(see attached). It is your responsibility that these
conditions are followed with all aspects of the logging operation. If these conditions
continue to be violated the Conditional Use Permit will be revoked.

Sawyer County Zoning Committee on June 17,2016.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack
of information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision.
Failure to appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for you or a representative to be present, please submit a written
statement directed to James Bassett,Chairman of the Zoning Committee addressed to
this office. The statement should include your proposed intentions or purpose of the
request and a description of the general terrain and surrounding development.Indicate
how the proposal would not be contrary to the public interest. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area are encouraged.
