Notice is hereby given that on April 15, 2016 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
approved the following application:
CUP#16-002
Part Govt Lot 2, Part of Lot 1 CSM 22/58#6132, #032-338-22-5211;and Part Govt Lot
2, Lot 2 CSM 10/93#2132, all in 502,T38N,R03W,#032-338-22-5207. Permit desired
for: The division of Lot 1 (#5211) resulting in a small parcel of land with an existing
storage building on it that would be combined with Lot 2 (#5207), which is vacant
property,no primary dwelling on it.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of
the decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Re: Conditional Use Application # 16-002
Dear Mr. Borden;
This notice is to inform you that there was a need to revise the content of your conditional
use application from the version you had signed. I have attached both copies for your
records.
I must say that your application has been a complicated and challenging one with regards
to the language and what the intent of the application is. It was crucial that the property
description of the lands involved were correct, which is one of the revisions made.
Another revision was that in my research, I found that a portion of the property (Lot 1 ) is
also zoned Residential/Recreational Two, so this needed to be added to the application to
reflect the correct zone district. I have included a copy of that portion of the Zone District
Map for your records.
The size of the proposed lot was also added to the application. I received this information
from our County Surveyor, Dan Pleoger. I have also included maps indicating the
proposed division that he had prepared per Linda Dezotell' s request.
Finally, the reason for the permit, needed to be clarified to reflect that after the division of
the property, a storage building would be located on land that was vacant (no home on it
as required by our ordinance). Please keep in mind that if the application is approved, a
survey will be required.
