The property is 40.71 acres and zoned A-1 , A-2, and F-1 . The existing land use in this area is light residential light agriculture. The nearest residence other than the owners is about 2000' away. The Sawyer County Zoning & Conservation Department currently does not have any complaints for this file. The current hours of operation are 7 AM to 8 PM, Monday - Friday with crushing periodically from 6 AM — 8 PM Financial assurance has been received for $9,000 and expires April 4, 2020 in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit. Additional information for Conditional Use Permits: Substantial evidence means facts and information, other than merely personal preferences or speculation, directly pertaining to the requirements and conditions an applicant must meet to obtain a conditional use permit and that reasonable persons would accept in support of a conclusion.
