Screening Plant—a screening plant will only be necessazy to meet gravel specifications. d. Washing Equipment—There will be no aggregate washing at this site. e. Other—Bulldozers,Excavators,and Tree Removal equipment may be used to remove stumps and topsoil during pit expansion. 10.Excavation: a. Depth—the existing depth averages 20 feet across the face and will not : vary considerably as the pit expands. b. Setbacks to lot lines—No setbacks are planned for this pit. c. Buffers—No Buffers are planned for this site. d. Other—The pit will continue to expand to the South and East. 11.Lot Lines: a. Fencing—There is no plan for fencing at this site. The lot lines have been flagged. There is a lockable gate at the entrance to this pit. b. Identifications and Safety Signs—The Towv of Hayward will place a sign to identify ownership and hazazds associated with this site. 12.Navigable waters and wetlands: a. There aze no navigable waters on this property. 13.DNR erosion control or water quality permits: a. Surface water protection—There aze no navigable waters on this property. b. Groundwater protection—there will be no groundwater protection required at this pit. 14.Erosion control measures: a. Berms—Topsoil berms will be utilized to contain runoff in the pit area.
