Request: Pennit desired for an Accessory building 26'x24' in size across a Town Road subject to Section 4.26 (2) Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance. Applicant has a primary dwelling located at 15644W Victory Heights Circle Project History & Summary of Request The applicant is requesting to build a 26' x 24' accessory structure on the back side of Victory Heights Circle across a Town road from where the priinary dwelling is located. Structure is to meet all other setbacks. There is very limited buildable area on the lake shore parcel with the current placement of the driveway, septic system, and future primary dwelling additions. It should also be noted that by placing this accessory structure on the opposite lakeshore side of Victory Heights Circle that impervious surfaces and runoff issues would be greatly decrease. Proposed new accessory structure would be approximately 600' from LCO Lake. See attached maps included in this packet. Additional information for Conditional Use Permits: Substantial evidence means facts and information, other than merely personal preferences or speculation, directly pertaining to the requirements and conditions an applicant must meet to obtain a conditional use pennit and that reasonable persons would accept in support of a conclusion. If an applicant agrees to meets all of the require�nents and conditions specified in the county ordinance or those imposed by the county zoning board, the county shall ��rant the conditional use permit. Any condition imposed must be related to the purpose of the ordinance and be based on substantial evidence. The conditions must be reasonable and, to the extent practicable, measurable. The applicant must demonstrate that the application and all requirements and conditions established by the county relating to the conditional use are or shall be satisfied, both of which must be supported by substantial evidence. The county's decision to approve or deny the pennit inust be supported by substantial evidence.
