Woodbury, MN 55125 Dear Lowe1L Enclosed are copies of my inspection report, land use permit application, and fee schedule. According to my observations on July 14, 2001, you will be able to construct a second story addition to the front section of your house, a small patio in front of the addition and steps and walk to the side entrance of the house if all regulations are met. The average setback for your property is 43' from the ordinary high water mark. No construction activities can take place closer to Whitefish Lake than 43'. The cost of materials and labor to complete the additions cannot exceed $28,900. This cost excludes any intemal furnishings (wallpaper, electricity, plumbing, curtains, etc.) to the second story addition. Any additions towards the side lot lines cannot go any closer than existing structures. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
