On Monday, July 9, 2001 I visited the above property with a builder. The purpose of the
visit was to discuss the options pertinent to the lakeside dwelling—there are two
dwellings on the property. The lakeside dwelling is nonconforming as it is located less
Yhan 75' to the lake.
Could you provide me with the assessed value of this dwelling.
