RE: "Order for Cotrection",failed sewer system, 16511 W State Road 77,Section 8,
Township 41N,Range 9West.
Dear Mr.Ruedy:
I addressed a complaint of an open sewage trench,at your rental home on Hwy 77,on
July 6,2001.
You do have raw sewage overflow running into a ditch and grassy field to a west of the
lawn.
Please get a soil test and sanitary permit as soon as possible. I will insist that you install a
code complying septic/sewer system on or before October 1,2001.
Raw sewage on the ground can potentiaily be a health issue to your rental tenants and
children.
I understand that you have called Ron Spreckels construction already.
