I addressed a complaint of your building activities on your 5-acre parcel on Beaver Brook Road, Radisson, WI- It appears that you have moved on two (2) large older used mobile homes onto the propeRy recently. It also appears that you have installed a septic tank and or septic sewer system some 8 feet south of the white mobile home. Please rev�ew the enclosed inspection report. I have researched our records and files and discovered that you do not have a land use permit nor sanitary permit. You are in violation of the following: $ 396.50 ].) Section 113 (1) No Land Use Permit 396.50 2.) Section 113 (2) No Sanitary Permit 458-00 3_) Section 11.18 (1) Unauthorized SeTOTALallation $�251 00 Citations will be issued and will soon be forth coming. I will also require the following. �.) Remove the 3 mobile homes (2 large and 1 gray 37 footer) within 30 days on or before September 7, 2001. 2 ) Dig up and remove the unauthorized, illegal septic tank or system within 30 days or on or before September 7, 2001. 3.) Should you decide to build or have a structure moved onto the property it must be � code-compliant, procure a sanitazy permit and a land use permit. Our records indicate that you rezoned the property from A-1 to RR-1 on December 1997. We also have a soil test #99-046 dated February 17 1999 indicating holding tank only. Please review enclosed RR-1 Zone District restrictions and dimensional requirements_ Please note the RR-1 Zone District requires a minimum dwelling width of 20 feet, the 3 mobile homes do not meet this requirement and must be moved off I am asking for your full cooperation on these matters. I will re-inspect the property for compliance on September 7, 2001. Should you decide to keep the 21 foot camper on the property, I will require that you get a Sanitary Permit and to install a vault privy with a minimum capacity of 200 gallons. Our County Ordinance forbids camping of any kind, however, at this time our camping ordinance is in " Limbo". Should the County Board decide on an absolute no camping ordinance, we will ask for a 30-day removal of the camper. Should you have any questions please write or call Mac at (715) 634-8288.
