A screen porch can be constructed if the following regulations are followed: 1) The screen porch must be at least 56' from the Ordinary High Water Mark(OHWM)of L.C.O. 2) If the screen porch is greater than ]00 square feet, a land use permit is needed. 3) All side lot line setbacks must be meL (10' on one side,30' on another) 4) Septic tank must be 5' from any part of the building. 5) Building se[backs include any eaves, overhangs, balconies, etc. 6) 50%rule applies.
