Application for Variance
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Netzinger:
I have enclosed the following documents with this letter:
• Inspection Report for the above property,
• "Court Decisions Regarding the Granting of Variances,"
• "Application for Variance - Additional Information," and a completed
• "Variance Application."
Please review the inspection report, read the summary on court decisions and complete
the request for additional information.
If you believe that you meet the criteria for the requested variance, you should then
review the variance application for correctness, sign it, and return it to this office by
Friday, June 1, 2001 for hearings in July 2001. Your check for the variance ($250.00) is
being held in the office.
The "Application for Variance - Additional Information" must also be filled out and
returned with the Variance Application. Both documents together make up the entire
application that will be reviewed by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals. Failure to
return both of the documents or failure to complete either document in its entirety will
cause the variance application to be rejected by this office.
Your"Variance Application" will be reviewed at two public hearings. The first hearing
will held by the Town of Hunter at 6:30 P.M., Wednesday, July 11, 2001. You should
contact Patricia Swaffield, Town of Hunter Clerk, at(715) 462-3957 (office) or 462-9429
(home)to confirm this date.
The Sawyer County Board of Appeals will hold the second hearing at 7:00 P.M.,
Tuesday, July 17, 2001, in the Circuit Courtroom located in the Sawyer County
Courthouse. You or your representative should attend each hearing, especially the hearing
conducted by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals. Only the Board of Appeals can grant
the variance, the decision of the Town of Hunter is advisory only.
It is your responsibility to convince the Board of Appeals to grant the variance that you
have requested. Therefore, you should consider using any means at your disposal (i.e.,
photographs, drawings, a good verbal presentation, etc.) as you present your facts to the
Board.
Additionally, even if the Sawyer County Board of Appeals should approve your request
for variance, the State Department of Commerce must approve a variance for the location
of the garage closer than 15' to the down slope side of the septic system mound.

Vendor abrees that in case the purchase price with interest and other moneys shall be fully paid and all conditions shall be fully performed

and such rents, issues, and profits when so collected shall be held and applied as the court shall direct.

outstanding balance payable under this Contract shall become immediately due and payable in Full, at Vendor's option without notice.
Vendor shall make all paymen�s when due under any mortgage outstanding against the Properry on the date of this Contract (except for any
mongage granted by Purchaser) or under any note secured thereby, provided Purchaser makes timely payment of the amount then due unclrr this
Contract. Purchaser may make such payments direc[ly to the Mortgagee if Vendor (ails to do so and all payments so made by Purchaser shall be
considered payments made on this Contract.
Vendor may waive any det.�ult without waiving other subsequent ur prior default of Purchase.
All terms of this Contract shall be binding upon and inure to tlie benefits of the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Vendor
