On, Thursday, May 25, 1989, the Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals
approved your application for a variance on the following described real estate
to wit:
Unit Maple, Pine Ridge Condominium being a part of Govt Lot 9
S 6, T 38V, R 9W. Parcel -14.6. CD �Tol 409 Records Pg 51 and
Condo Plat Vol 1 Pg 79. Property is zoned RR-2. Application is
for the construction of two (2) additions, 12' x 32' and 12' x
21' onto an existing dwelling at a waterline setback of 43
feet. Variance is requested as Section 4.49 (2) , Sawyer County
Zoning Ordinance, would require a waterline setback of 61'S" as
the average waterline setback was determined at 61 'S".
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It is not a self created hardship;
there would be no change in the use in the zone district; and it would not be
damaging to the rights of others or property values; wi[h the restriction that
the screened-in porch can never be enclosed to be utilized as year round living
area.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the
legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
