Dear Charles:
On May 29,2001, 1 was on your property for an inspec[ion for a possible deck addition. Upon comple[ing
my inspection,the average setback for your dwelling is 70'. The back of your cabin is loca[ed at exacNy
70' from the ordinary high water mark. The average setback is determined by going 200' either direction of
your cabin and measuring se[backs from all dwellings to the ordinary high water mark. No measurements
greater than 75' and no measurements less Iha�40' are used in the calcula[ion. Vaca�t property becomes a
75' setback.
Walkways, ramps and sidewalks no �rea[er than 4' in width are allowed for ingress and egress to all doors.
If you were to put a deck addition onto your cabin it would have to be at a setback of 70'.
