Deaz Mr. Brueggeman:
On May 17, 2001, Bill Christman, Zoning Administrator, and I addressed a complaint
regarding construction on your property. We noticed an addition (slab) to your existing
garage and also a slab for a new garage. After checking with our records, there was no
indication of a Land Use Permit that was received from you for the new construction. A
Land Use Permit must be obtained for all construction activities exceeding 100 square
feet.
Since both construction activities aze greater than 100 squaze feet, a Land Use Permit is
required. You have unti14:00 P.M. Friday May 25°i, 2001 to come to the Sawyer County
Zoning Office and obtain a Land Use Permit. The Land Use Permit fee will cost $75.00
and will cover both gazages.
If you do not comply within the time frame allowed, a citation will be issued in the
amount of$396.50 for action conducted without specified permit (LUP).
If you have any questions, feel free to call or stop by the office. Our hours are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
