Bottoms 2041 Bradley Street Beloit, WI 54843 RE: Parcel .8.8, S 34, T 42N, R 09W, #15736 W Norway Point Road, Town of Lenroot: Application for Variance Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bottoms: Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report based on my visit to your property today. I have also enclosed a completed Variance Application. You should review the application for correctness, sign it, and return it to this office with a check in the amount of $250.00 made out to the "Sawyer County Zoning Administration" by Friday, June 1, 2001 for hearings in July 2001. I modified the application after reviewing the Certified Survey Map for the property. It appears from the map that the centerline of the driveway access adjacent to the west lot line does not represent the actual side lot line. Therefore, after plotting the location of the proposed home on the CSM, I determined that the new home would be only 20' from the side lot line. A 30' minimum setback is required. The average lot width requirement was added as a Town road divides the property and this road cannot be included as a part of the parcel. With this in mind, the average lot width was calculated at approximately 64'. The ordinance requires a minimum average lot width of 100'. Your application will be reviewed at two public hearings. The first hearing will held by the Town of Lenroot at 7:00 P.M., Monday, July 9, 2001 . You should contact Lois Miller, Town of Lenroot Clerk, at (715) 634-5902 (home) to confirm this date. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals will hold the second hearing at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 17, 2001 , in the large courtroom located in the Sawyer County Courthouse. You or your representative should attend each hearing, especially the hearing conducted by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals. Only the Board of Appeals can grant the variance, the decision of the Town of Lenroot is advisory only. It is your responsibility to convince the Board of Appeals to grant the variance that you have requested. Therefore, you should consider using any means at your disposal (i.e., photographs, drawings, a good verbal presentation, etc.) as you present your facts to the Board. � Please contact Mrs. Kitty Taylor if you have any questions.
