Dear Mr. Christman:
I established a benclnnark and checked building corner elevations on the property owned by Dennis Suzan
along the Chippewa River. The benchmark is a nail in an oak tree on the S W side of the building site. The
elevation of the benchmark is 1208.1 feet. I checked the elevations of the 2 corners of the house neazest the
river as staked by the landowner. The ground elevation on the NW corner of the house is 1196.9 feet. The
ground elevation of the NE comer of the house is 11981 feet. The elevation of the water surface of the
Chippewa River was 1180.2 feet.
The elevations are based on NGS vertical control marker L 147. The published elevation of the mazker is
1220.51 feet.
