I determined the elevation of the top of the pipe to be 1171.8 feet. The elevation is based on USGS vertical wntrol monuments and was measured using differential GPS. I also checked the elevation of the bench mark shown on the Blomberg Road bridge plan. The bench mark is a spike in a power pole. The spike is bent. The elevation shown on the bridge plan is ll 82.99 feet I found the elevation to be 1 1823 feet. The elevation of the iron pipe bench mazk I set on your building site based on the spike in the power pole is 1172.5 feet. Please let me know if you need any other information.
