Deaz John:
I set a 1" x 24" iron pipe flush with the ground on the south side of your proposed
building site for a bench mark. I determined the elevation of the top of the pipe to be
1171.8 feet. The elevation is based on USGS vertical control monuments and was
measured using differential GPS.
I also checked the elevation of the bench mazk shown on the Bbmberg Road bridge plan.
The bench mark is a spike in a power pole. The spike is bent. The elevation shown on
the bridge plan is 1182.99 feet. I found the elevation to be 11823 feet. The elevation of
the iron pipe bench mark I set on your building site based on the spike in the power pole
is 1172.5 feet.
