Vol 609 Records Page 61 ; CSM Vol 7 Page 58. 0.68 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One. Application is for the construction of an irregularly shaped 18'x39'x46' addition onto an existing dwelling at a setback distance of 11 ' to an adjacent side lot line. Vari- ance is requested as Section 18.4, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum side lot line setback distance of 30'. Town Board has denied the application. The Board of Appeals approved the amended application as follows: Addition size 16'x28' startina 10' from the SW corner of the house. Side lot line will be approximately 13'. Deck in front okayed to extend 16' from the dwelling toward the side lot line and meeting the 30' setback. A copy of the plot plan that the Board of Appeals approved is enclosed. A second addition is indicated in the drawing submitted to this office that was not mentioned at the public hearing. That addition will be allowed if side lot line setbacks are met. Also, the application did not mention the cost of constniction. The cost to construct and enclose the exterior walls of these additions and the deck cannot exceed 50% of the current estimated fair market value. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be due to special conditions umque to the property. The property line is diagonal from the lake rather than directly forward. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an ac- tion in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
