On February 22,2001 this office issued LUP#01-020 for the construction of a shell,deck
and garage. This office is now receiving inquiries concerning tbe garage and its proposed
use. The concern is that a garage of this size(two-story)will be used for habitation.
The purpose of this letter is to remind you that the garage is an accessory structure and is
to be used only for accessory uses(i.e,storage,minor repair/maintenance of
vehicles/equipment etc.). The garage is not to be used for habitable purposes.
Please contact this office if you have any additional questions or comments. Office hours
are 8:00 A.M.to 4:00 P.M,Monday through Friday.

the existing dwelling. The 50% current estimated fair-market value rule applies, as the
cabin is nonconforming - it is closer than 75' to the ordinary high-water mark of Sand
Lake.
Please provide me with the assessed value of the dwelling only.
