is 35.9 acres. Property is zoned F-1 . Permit is desired for the
construction of a year-roU�nd dwelling.

I believe an explanation of existing conditions will make this Application for Land
Use,easier to understand and picture.
My name is Peter Cech and I reside at Rt.l Box 119,Cable WI.My property and
home is located on Mosback Road,Fire#14315 N.My property and driveway
will be the gateway to the location of a one-bedroom cottage that will be used as
a guesthouse.Family members and myself own the parcel that I would like to
put the cottage on.
The driveway to the cottage will be a continuation of my drive.My fre number is
located in iYs appropriate location and I presume an additional numbed will be
added to my post for the new cottage.
The cottage will consist of a small building,12'x18'that will be moved to iCs new
location and an addition of a bedroom and bath will be constructed and added to
it.The total square footage will become 520 feet.
The parcel that the cottage will be located on is on 35.9 acres.A portion of �
Mosback Lake lies on that 35.9 acres.The cottage location will be 130 feet from
the high water mark of Mosback Lake and a satisfadory soil test for a one-
bedroom residence is attached.
