I left a message on your answering machine today. Enclosed you will find the Special
Use Questionnaire I mentioned.
Please answer the question and because you are getting a manufactured home all you need
to do is include an information pamphlet about the house you are purchasing.
Special Use Applications are reviewed and signed only once a month by the Chairman of
the Zoning Committee. The next zoning committee meeting will be September 21.
Please try to have the questionnaire and manufacturers pamphlet back to me by
September 17, 2001. That leaves a little time to get any additional information that might
be needed.

Dear Claude:
Once again I need your help��ith a land use permit. This is for a property that is having a
used manufactured home moved onto it. The current owners are Paula Poppe and Greg
Paull. However, the records may show the owners to be Frederick and Kristine Poppe.
The subject property parcel number is 014-941-01-3106 and 3107.
The information I need is for the values of the DWELLINGS ONLY that are within 500
feet of the subject property. I have enclosed a map with the properties I need dwelling
values for highlighted. Also, there is a list of the owners within 500 feet with the subject
property owners highlighted.
If at all possible I need this information by September 19th or 20th. I realize this is short
notice, but it is going before the zoning committee on the 21S`
Please call me if you need any more information or have questions. If you can, would
you fax your findings to me at 715-638-3277 or give them to me by phone at the above
number.
I apologize for being is such a rush, but this being in a forestry zone district and this time
of year makes it a little more difficult.
