As you can see, the land use application you submitted for a gazebo can be approved provided you continue to maintain your lakeshore as it was the day of Mr. Kessler's visit. Enclosed is a Shoreland Restoration and Preservation Agreement. Please complete the document (including a notarized signature) and return it to this office along with the recording fee of$12.00 to the Register of Deeds. After the document is recorded we will be able to approve and issue your land use application. Please remember that the condition of the approval is that the 35 foot buffer zone be maintained. I would like to see a buffer to be mainiained between the gazebo and lake-shoreline to prevent erosion and to maintain natural aesthetics.
