I have reviewed the building permit application for the Bruce L. Johnson property, having a parcel
ideniified as Lot 4, 31ock s Haycreek Acres iocated in the El/2 - SW, Section 6, Town 40 North, Range 6
West. Their property is located within the Buffer zone areas and is subject to the restrictions therein.
An on site inspection has been made and the proposed cabin and deck is outside the 100' buffer. A buffer
restnction on this property requires that the building and deck be earth tone in color and natural wood. In
addition the building must not exceed 35 feet in height.
If these conditions are met the permit may be issued.
All other county and state codes and permits apply to the subject property and must be applied for and
adhered to.
