I have reviewed the building permit application for pon Scharlau(Bruce Pinske)property having a
parce]identified as Lot 42,Big Musky Resort located in the NE-NE,Secuon 35,Town 40 North,Range
6 West.Their property is located within the Buffer wne areas and would be subject to the restnctions
thereia
A buffer restncdon on this property does e�ctend 1,000 feet land ward back from the lake or to the East
boundary of Section 35. The restrictions require that the building be aarth tone in color and natural wood.
In addition the building must not exceed 35 feet in height.
If these conditioas are met the permit may be issued.
All other counry and state codes end permice apply to the subject propetty and muet be applied for and

Summertime building is still in full force. I have another application for construction in
the Big Musky Resort. This is for pon Scharlau's property, lot 42. This is for a frame
roof over a mobile home located in the park.
The legal description is Section 36, Twn 40N, R7W. Parcel ID number is 012-740-36-
220L It does appear that the property is located in a 100' buffer zone.
Enclosed are all maps pertinent to this property and a copy of the land use application.
