I have reviewed the building permit application for the Paul and Kay Ryan property having a parcel
tdentified as Unit 7, Haycreek Acres Condo, located in the SW- SW, Section 6,Town 40 North, Range 6
West. Their property is located within the Huffer zone areas and ie subject to the restrictions therein.
Their properiy is subject to a buffer restriction which extends 1,000 feet]and ward from the lake and
would encompass the new dwelling. The restrictions require that tha building be earth tone in color and
natural wood. In addition the building must not exceed 35 feet in height
lf these conditions are met the permit may be issued.
All other county and state codes and permits apply to the subject properry and must be app]ied fnr and
adhered to.

I just discovered this application is on the Chippewa Flowage .
Owners names are Paul and Kay Ryan . The property is located in
the SW NW Section 6 , Twn 40 N , R 6W. Unit 7 of the Hay Creek
Acres Condominiums .
They are constructing a new dwelling . The property is not located
on the lakeshore but is within the boundaries of the special setbac
area . It appears to be in a 100" setback zone .
