I received your letter concerning a lessee application(Erwin Mielke)of the "Raydene DeJode" property
concerning a new deck. After examining my records and considering their legal description(T.40N,
R.7W, Section 3 SE-SE Lot 38) I found that their property does not fall within the Buffer Zone area
around Lake Chippewa.
As such, the request is allowed to proceed. All other applicable laws and restrictions do apply to this
property.

Dear John:
I am bringing quite a bit of business to you this time. I have 3 applications for
properties on the Chippewa Flowage. Two of them aze within the R&R Bayview
Resort and mobile home park. Should be pretty easy.
The owner is Raydene DeJoode. They are lots 29 and 38 within the park. I am
enclosing all maps related to this project. Parcel ID number is 012-740-03-4401.
Besides copies of the applications and the maps,I don't know what else to send. If
you need anything else,please let me know.
The other one is also a resort. Owners are Ken and Judith Guerra. Parcel ID number
is 012-739-06-5301. The related maps are also enclosed. I believe the proposed work
on this project is just new roofs on each of the 3 cabins indicated on the application.
