The Declaration of Condominium is made under the Condominium Ownership Act,
Chapter 703 of ihe Wisconsin Statutes, by SWANSON AND HOFP, INC., hercinalter relerred to
collectively as the "Declarant".
1. IN"I'LN'I'. It is the intent of the Declarant, pursuant to this lledaration of
Condominium, to submit the land and improvements described herein to condominium
owncrship and usc in the manner provided by the Wisconsin Condominium Owncrship nct.
II. DESCRIPTION OF LAND. The land subject to this Declaration is owned by the
Declarant and is more fully described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as though fully set forth. It is located in the Township of Hayward, County of S�wyer,
Siate of Wisconsin. The mailing address is Route 6> Box 6912A , Hayward, WI.

appenrance is similar to the construction of the condomini�m unit. There shall be no steel sided
buildings constructed on the premises.
There shall be no storage of old, used or wrecked vehicles or equipment upon the
premises.
There sliall be no mobile homes, house trailers, camper trailers or "the like" placed on the
promises other than one recreational trailer and one boat may be s[ored thereon.
Units are restricted to residential use only.
